About the role
We have an
exciting
opportunity for a Trade Marketing Associate to help execute trade marketing plans, drive
brand awareness
, sales growth and market share in the Asia region.
As part of the Global Core Rice Marketing team, you will partner with our distributors and help develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve our business objectives in the Asia region. With genuine

environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Working with our sales, marketing and R&D teams to create and execute marketing activities.
Analyse market data, trends, consumer and customer insights to identify
opportunities for growth
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers and partners.
Coordinate and participate in trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.
Ensure brand consistency and compliance with brand guidelines across all trade marketing activities.
You will be working in the office a minimum of 3 days per week.
About You You will have a degree in Marketing and ideally have some FMCG experience. You also have:
A fundamental understanding of FMCG in Asia with experience in trade marketing or as a marketing coordinator.
A commercial thinking mindset with strong
analytical skills
and a deep understanding of the Asian market dynamics.
Excellent organisational skills and are comfortable working in a
fast-paced environment
where you need to multitask.
Drive and motivation to work both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills
; you will be sitting in cross-functional meetings and collaborating with different business units.
A self-starter, you are commercially minded, have an analytical approach and thrive in an environment where you are comfortable pivoting to meet expectations.
A natural problem solver
, you are comfortable taking ownership despite not having all the answers for the task  have a passion for marketing and for food.
