We are a haircare/styling start-up company with a lot to do and we are looking for someone to join our amazing team. Our brand has over 213k followers online, an ecommerce platform and professional distribution across North America and internationally.
Role Overview
This is an entry level position in the beauty market! We’re looking for a trade marketing coordinator, someone who loves coordinating projects, be the problem solver and be a proactive team member who is passionate about enhancing the stylist journey and our internal process. You’re a collaborator by nature with greatcommunication skillsand you can work across departments; you’re self-professed in power point and excel.
You will be executing new out-of-the-box 360 marketing campaigns that help growing our main channel revenue: professional distributors. You will become the right hand of our Marketing Manager and support our clients. You will implement different marketing strategies at distributors level.
Through daily, weekly, and monthly activities, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between marketing and sales by developing and executing trade marketing strategies that drive brand visibility andsales performance. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and a proactive mindset to support our retail and distributor partners. You will be splitting your time between: trade activation 50%, events 20%,merchandising30%.
You will be reporting to our marketing manager and have a great support of an amazing team members!
What will your day to day look like?
Coordinate various projects including the creation/briefing of all trade marketing initiatives, the creation of go-to-market program and tools to promote our products.
Maintain strong relationships with retail and distribution partners by providing regular updates and support.
Brief, proofread, revise, and correct elements of in-store collateral pieces, displays, in-store wall communications.
Learn, master and update working tools and documents.
Coordinate communications and plans to be deployed with the Digital, Public Relations and Social Media teams as well as the various angles to use.
Support the organization of trade shows, sales meetings, and other events to showcase the DESIGNME brand.
Create and brief the creative team to support theeducationteam.
Create and brief marketing collateral to support the sales department.
Work closely with the sales assistant in order for them to provide the material needed andrespectthe timelines.
