Trade Marketing Coordinator (6 Months Maternity Cover)
Job Description
In Store POSM Execution Co-develop and execute in store marketing plan for all brand activations & innovations based on Marketing Calendar.
Collaborate with suppliers and agencies to develop, design and implement POS materials, displays, and gadgets that best achieve the required objectives.
Execute & track in-store
merchandising
and promotional activities across various retail channels.
Provide back-end support in the tracking of marketing spend on a monthly  Store Activation Coordinate with Sales Teams and Field Sales Operations to schedule in-store activations based on Marketing Calendar.
Source for GWP (Gift with Purchase) premiums to support trade activities & channel exclusive promotions.
Liaise with Agencies to ensure end to end execution excellence for all in-store activation events across all JDE Brands.
Manage & track inventory for all premium items in the warehouse and the Activation Agency warehouse.
Administrative
Duties
Work with
cross-functional teams
to reconcile monthly A&P (Advertising &
Promotion
) Budget.
Manage procurement processes for all trade-related expenses.
Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Shopper marketing or Sales.
Sales experience is recommended.
Familiarity with the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
Knowledge of information system tools such as AC Nielsen, paceman, TNS, GFK.Availability to work during major festivals (e.g. Chinese New Year period), in view of store activations.
