Job Description:

The Trade Marketing Executive will oversee performance management, distributor engagement and the implementation of channel strategies to drive business growth for APAC.

Responsibilities:

Trade and Channel Planning

Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to support business objectives for IDM BU

To ensure seamless distributor management from start to finish across markets under the leadership/guidance of Trade Marketing Manager

Manage with the Trade Channel Manager an integrated calendar for IDM BU and top markets keeping in mind the channel strategy and the JBP for our top markets

Work cross functionally with Brand team, DTC, Commercial teams, Ops to ensure in market execution in line with brand plans

Support JBP process with markets

Own visual merchandising layouts/guidelines and work with DTC and Retail team to ensure implementation

KPIs

Ensuring Assets are timely sent to distributors.

Ensuring that Proposals must take into consideration brand image guidelines when executing commercially viable campaigns

All proposals/plans must be within the pre-assigned seasonal/annual budget

Ensure standardized execution across channels as per brand/VM guidelines

Performance Management

Work with markets to plan and track business deliverables

Ensure integrated calendar is linked to business performance and timely deliverables of assets to ensure sell in/sell through deliverables are met

Participate in business reviews with markets and distributors – find opportunities and work with cross functions to drive performance

Use data to drive insights and actions in the business

KPIs

Tracking and reporting performance of campaigns by market

Deliver business KPIs in terms of volume and value sales in sell in and sell through

Ensure JBP commitments are delivered and tracked to drive performance

Qualifications:

This role requires strategic planning, strong execution capabilities, and collaboration with cross – functional teams to ensure alignment across key markets.

Graduate or a management trainee

Good problem-solving skills and multi-tasking abilities. Results oriented, with an eye-for-detail

Excellent knowledge of English (written, verbal). Knowledge of Cantonese, Thai, or Tagalog is a plus. Stakeholder management abilities required.

Intermediate knowledge of MS-Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Behavioral Skills:

Quick learner with strong organization & multi-tasking skills

Must be able to work in pressure environments and high-intensity situations

Must be hard working & a team player, with a result-oriented attitude
