This position will be responsible for driving in-store marketing for the brand, including boosting in-store traffic, managing Gift with Purchase programs and preparing the in-store marketing calendar.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute trade marketing calendar aligned with brand goals, driving promotional activities, VM excellence and renewed in-store brand image.

Lead Capex projects and support Store Design with the planned renovations of the stores’ counters while collaborating with the Decoration Department to support the VM image of the new counters

Lead the trade events in cooperation with the retailers and decoration team and is responsible for ensuring an excellent in execution outcome in terms of quality and timely manner.

Monitor competition and share learnings of trade environment with all the internal brand team (marketing and education team), while remaining laser focus on promoting the brand image and DNA.

Drive Sampling and GWP strategy along with the Marketing Manager and liaise with DP to ensure that samples and GWP’s ship into stores on a timely basis, while adjusting where necessary.

Qualifications

Degree (Bachelor and/or MSc) in Marketing or Business Administration field.

At least 3 years of experience in Trade Marketing.

Previous experience in Cosmetics or FMCG would be a plus.

Excellent MS Office skills: particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Pivot is considered a plus.

Experience in SAP would be considered as an asset.

Strong organizational skills

Excellent oral & written communication in Greek & English is a requirement.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

A strategic thinker with a passion for driving innovation and growth.
