An exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketer to join a global leader in premium food and beverage ingredients.
Our client is an innovation-driven business supplying high-quality products to a wide range of customers—from major branded consumer goods manufacturers to artisan producers including chocolatiers, pastry chefs, and bakeries.
They are now seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to shape and deliver impactful campaigns that drive product visibility and commercial growth across distribution and specialist channels.
The Role
You’ll be at the heart of a high-performing marketing team, planning and executing tailored trade marketing strategies.
From developing channel-specific campaigns to producing sales tools and activating digital and event initiatives.
This is a hands-on and strategic role with plenty of scope to make a visible impact.
You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders, global marketing colleagues, and agency partners to ensure consistent, results-focused delivery.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute trade marketing campaigns for distribution and artisan channels
Produce sales tools, content and customer communications to drive engagement
Manage marketing budgets and ensure return on investment
Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external agencies
Deliver digital marketing activity and support key trade events
About You
3+ years in trade, brand or channel marketing (ideally food, beverage or FMCG)
Strong understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Commercially astute and creatively minded
