Come join our Traffic team in Amazon Devices EMEA, where your work will directly impact millions of customers!

You will be joining our Traffic team, whose mission is to ensure the best customer journey throughout the purchasing funnel, from product discovery to consideration and purchase. Our team supports this mission by working with various traffic-driving channels, providing data-driven insights to the Devices organization, and driving actions to optimize the customer experience on each of these channels. The role requires the ability to work cross-functionally and supports Amazon’s full portfolio of devices in EMEA.

Key job responsibilities

Analyze data to identify business trends/opportunities, using insights to recommend for future actions and business plans.

Oversee and optimize traffic channels (e.g. onsite search, paid search, display advertising etc.) for long-term business objectives, with clear short-term and mid-term plans, requiring limited supervision.

Understand and use established metrics, and introduce new ones when needed to monitor the health of traffic channels.

Conduct experiments using rigorous measurement methods (A/B testing, control groups), and provide recommendations based on results.

Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to align on forward looking plans and/or adjustments to existing ones.

Proactively highlight risks and create contingency plans.

Build mechanisms to audit and improve overall customer experience through different channels.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in professional non-internship marketing.

Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns.

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).
