TRAINING SOCIAL CONTENT CREATOR – TEMP Jobs in Somerville, MA at PUMA
We are seeking a driven and organized Affiliate Coordinator to play a key role in expanding our clients’ affiliate marketing programs. This role will be instrumental in identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and managing affiliate partners, while also analyzing performance data and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for affiliate marketing and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and manage high-quality affiliates across various channels.
Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates through regular communication and performance reviews.
Analyze program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven strategies.
A/B testing creative assets, optimizing landing pages, and refining outreach strategies.
Track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
Execute outreach campaigns and maintain communication records.
Collaborate with the team and manage multiple client programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
1+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field (internships considered).
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in using analytics tools a nice to have. (e.g., SEM Rush, Google Analytics, affiliate network dashboards).
Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
