Summary
We are seeking a talented Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic team at ALTN Millimicron Clinical Laboratory. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence and engaging with our audience across various social media platforms. Your contributions will play a vital role in promoting our services and building brand awareness.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Create and curate compelling content for various social media platforms.
Monitor social media channels for trends and audience feedback through social listening.
Utilize tools like Hootsuite to schedule posts and analyze performance metrics.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
Conduct research on industry trends to inform content creation and strategy.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engagement.
Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail for proofreading content.
Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
Experience with video editing software is preferred but not required.
Ability to analyze data and generate reports on social media performance.
