This person will represent our company to assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, and other community referral sources. This person will be responsible for marketing to the community, assisting potential clients, overseeing the hiring of caregivers, and supervising all functions of a small home health agency.

Responsibilities:
Liaise and communicate regularly with referral sources to foster and maintain positive working relationships and generate ongoing referrals/business.
Identify new and potential referral sources to establish positive working relationships and awareness of our service offerings.
Market to skilled care, assisted living, home health, and hospice agencies to drive home health client base.
Schedule and conduct face-to-face visits/meetings and in-services with existing and potential referral sources for the purpose of fostering productive relationships and imparting information about our services.
Conduct client assessments.
Demonstrate exceptional leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and support team members to achieve and exceed performance goals.
Manage recruitment, training, and retention of caregivers to build a strong support network.
Be organized and have home health experience, ready to run a new home health agency with little or no direct supervision.
Job Type: Full-time and on-call
Salary: $89,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year plus sales commission
