Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients and follow up on leads.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and ensuring accurate representation of inventory.
Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and promotional materials to effectively showcase vehicles.
Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with customers over the phone.
Participate in dealership events and promotions to enhance visibility and attract new customers.
Collaborate with the sales support team to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
Skills
Proven experience in sales.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Proficient in outbound sales techniques, including cold calling strategies.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail when managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
