We are looking for a UX Copywriter to own all the content on our products and transactionalcommunicationwith customers to create delightful user experiences. We are a team of tinkerers, builders, and dreamers working together to make car ownership accessible, simple, and delightful.
In this role, you will work with designers and product managers to help build and improve products for our customers, employees, or partners. You will also closely work with the brand and marketing teams to ensure that our content remains consistent with our brand identity and cohesive across online and offline touchpoints with our customers.
What you’ll do
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and researchers to turn complex user journeys into clear, concise, compelling copy.
Ensure that the tone, clarity, and flow of all content are consistent with our brand guidelines and enhance the usability of our products
Partner with marketing and brand teams to enhance and evolve our brand guidelines
Have a data-driven approach to content and improve the existing content through the use of user research or AB testing
Work on multiple projects in parallel and prioritize your work and ensure timely deliverables
Who you are
2+ years of experience in copywriting for digital products and an online portfolio to show for it
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Design, English, Communications, Journalism, or Information Systems.
Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills(both written and verbal)
Strongattention to detailand passion for writing
Full of ideas and willing to try out different styles, tones, and approaches to get the best results
Able to audit, analyze, structure, build, and present content using established frameworks
