We’re looking for a passionate writer who knows just what to say to make customers want to open their emails. You’re a master of marketing. You’re an eagle-eyed editor. You can talk the talk in our tone of voice. You’re a pro at working with all types of people from all different places, to ensure customers have seamless experiences across the Revolut brand.

From brand, through people, to product, our Copywriting team defines our tone of voice and strategic messaging, delivering A-game copy that’ll make customers so excited they can’t wait to get their next email.

We’re looking for an experienced and passionate customer experience creator who always makes customers say WOW. You think through every word, every flow, every single detail of the customer journey. You use data and research to drive your choices. You like to experiment and optimise to increase impact. You’re a pro at working with everyone from Product Designers to Marketing Copywriters to make sure customers have a seamless experience across the brand.

What

you’ll be doing

Working closely with product, design, and research to develop and elevate content strategies for existing and new products

Finding intuitive and elegant content solutions across our app

Building experiences that spark simplicity, deep understanding, and delight within Revolut users

Collaborating with product marketing teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey

Thinking about core product concepts, including retention and multi-product adoption

Getting to know the Revolut brand and working with design and product marketing to keep refining and iterating on our voice and building out our style guide

What you’ll need

4+ years of experience in a UX or content strategy role working closely with product, marketing, and design teams to develop actionable, creative content

1+ years of experience leading a team or directly managing UX writers

Solid UX and product thinking, plus insight into product strategy (bonus points for knowledge of the fintech landscape)

The ability to clearly communicate the strategy and reason behind your decisions

A flexible, self-starter mindset with the ability to manage workload, processes, and priorities independently in an ever-changing, fast-growing startup environment
