Position: Vice President, Events & Experiences l 6 months contract

Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively with event

leadership

, marketing partners and business stakeholders to conceptualize, develop and implement integrated event marketing strategies and experiential activations.

Proactively manage and execute a steady stream of client-centric, commercially focused events (proprietary, third-party, and virtual), including high profile client advisory boards, and elevate bank’s brand through

innovative

experiences,

dynamic

brand activations, and integrated event marketing programs.

Engage in strategic event planning with key internal stakeholders, including C-level executives, ensuring benchmarks and goals are met and results are measured/reported.

Account for end-to-end event management for proprietary business client-facing events, sponsor ships, and industry events from end-to-end which include agenda development, logistics planning and execution, vendor/site research, contract negotiation, expense management, catering, audio visual management, budget reconciliation, exhibit management and post-event analysis/ success measurement.

Create registration websites, event microsite where needed, and custom email communications including invitations, reminders, and confirmations on Cvent.

Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and cross-functional internal teams, creative services, digital marketing, etc.

Provide operational event support, including vendor onboarding, invoice processing, branded merchandise research and fulfillment, and other operational support as applicable.

Support the planning and execution of internal APAC-wide townhalls or fireside chats in partnership with the regional corporate communications and sales team, including any logistics in partnership with the local facilities, corporate services and technology teams.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing/hospitality or equivalent combination of

education

and work experience.

Minimum 8-10 years of related experience in complex B2B event management and a passion for organizing unforgettable events and high-touch experiences.

Superior

project management

skills and ability to meet tight deadlines, juggle multiple priorities and execute flawlessly with incredible

attention to detail

through all stages of the event lifecycle.

Excellent knowledge of event marketing and sponsorship strategies, and an understanding of event operating procedures and best practices. Demonstrated level of confidence and

professionalism

managing relationships and interfacing with internal and external business partners and senior executives at all levels, including C-suite.
