We are seeking an experienced and visionaryVice President for Sales and Marketingto lead our sales and marketing efforts, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that align with the company’s goals, fostering collaboration between sales and marketing teams, and ensuring sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Align marketing and sales efforts to ensure a unified approach to driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Identify emerging market trends and competitive landscape to shape strategic initiatives.
Sales Leadership:
Oversee the sales organization, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
Build and manage a high-performing sales team through recruitment, training, and mentorship.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Maintain and optimize the sales pipeline and forecasting to drive predictable revenue outcomes.
Marketing Leadership:
Develop data-driven marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
Oversee the creation and execution of campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing platforms.
Analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives and ROI.
Strengthen the company’s positioning and messaging in the marketplace.
Business Development Leadership
Manage the team to achieve and exceed monthly corporate sales targets by closing bulk order deals, events and party deals, pop-up stores, and exploring additional revenue streamsIdentify and secure location leads for pop-up store events to enhance sales, improve customer reach, and increase brand visibility
Establish partnerships with various businesses and organizations to foster business collaborations, negotiate ex-deals, and implement partnership discount programs
Create and deliver customized business proposals (including pitch decks) that address the specific needs and goals of potential partners and clients
Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to achieve win-win outcomes that strengthen business partnerships
Scout and recommend strategic locations for potential business expansion based on market analysis and customer demand
Collaboration and Communication:
Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams.
Communicate the company’s vision, goals, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a thought leader and company spokesperson in industry events and media engagements.
Qualifications
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:10+ years of proven leadership experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and brand success.

Proficiency in CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and data analysis.
