Vice President, Growth Marketing Jobs in North Bethesda, MD at Xometry
This role is in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) as apart of a team with other individuals. The primary objective of this position is to provide strategic planning and execution support of communication as a function of the office goals and requirements.
Education Requirements: ​​Bachelor’s degree in Communications or Journalism from a fully accredited institution, or mass communications specialist with Defense Information School (DINFOS) accreditation, or at least (4) four years of active duty experience as a photojournalist.
Experience Requirements: Three (3) years of experience within the last seven (7) years writing and publishing professional notices, letters, articles and publications.
Security Requirements: Must be able to pass a background check
Tasks associated with this position are:
Professional speechwriting, written remarks and testimony; report preparation and compilation
Internal and external communication including professional journalistic writing/editing;
External communications to include receiving and cataloging media and coordinating responses with appropriate NSWCPD subject matter experts;
Multimedia documentation and presentations including audiovisual and photographic production and editing;
Execution of the command exhibit program, which covers exhibit planning, writing, layout, design, printing and distribution;
Web management including content management, social media and website improvement coordination;
Photography and multimedia message videos;
Produce content for exhibits and other special events;
Assist with planning and execution of local community outreach, recruiting and Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) events;
Graphic services to include poster, flyer and fact sheet design; original artwork to support exhibit program designs; briefing slides; logo creation and modification event marketing design and web page artwork.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
