InHome Healthcare Services, a premier home health agency serving the Central Valley and California Coast, is looking for a motivated and dynamic full-time Account Executive/Marketer to help expand our reach in the South Valley and surrounding areas!
Territory: South Valley – Selma, Kingsburg, Visalia, Tulare, Pixley, Reedley, Dinuba, and more!

What You’ll Do:
✅ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources (hospitals, physicians, case managers, and skilled nursing facilities).
✅ Educate healthcare providers on our clinical programs, focusing on patient outcomes and the benefits of home care.
✅ Conduct community outreach to identify new business opportunities and serve local needs.
✅ Present disease-specific programs to enhance patient care.
✅ Work closely with our clinical operations team to ensure seamless transitions from acute care to home health.
✅ Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan, driving results through sales calls and presentations.
✅ Serve as a trusted liaison between the agency, physicians, nurses, social workers, and community organizations.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2+ years of marketing/sales experience (healthcare experience is a plus!).
✔ Strong communication and presentation skills to engage healthcare professionals and community partners.
✔ Self-motivated and independent, with a drive to succeed.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (presentations, database tracking, and reporting).
✔ Team-oriented with a passion for collaboration and positive workplace culture.
