Job Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee and optimize the performance of our Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will bring clarity and structure to the department while effectively managing the team, fostering accountability, and ensuring alignment with the firm’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring accountability and productivity.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns aligned with company objectives.
Oversee branding, website updates, and social media presence.
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
Track and analyze marketing data to improve performance and ROI.
Maintain and report on the marketing budget.
Develop and implement strategies that align with the firm’s growth goals.
Qualifications:
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Proven experience in team management and marketing leadership.
Strong organizational skills to bring clarity to processes.
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and budget management.
Quarterly travel to Tulsa (required).
Marketing experience, with expertise in branding and client growth.
