Content Marketing Coordinator

Carousel Checks is looking for a creative and organized Content Marketing Coordinator to join our team! In this role, you’ll help grow our online presence, engage customers, and support our marketing efforts through content creation, social media management, email campaigns, and website updates. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves digital marketing and wants to make an impact across multiple channels.

Applicants must live in the surrounding or local areas of Palos Hills, IL.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Strategy
Write and edit content for our website, social media, and email campaigns.
Help develop and implement content strategies for all Carousel Checks brands.
Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and connects with our target audience.
Email & Social Media Marketing
Create engaging email marketing campaigns to keep customers informed and drive sales.
Manage our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
Post updates regularly and respond to comments or messages from followers.
Website Updates & Optimization
Keep our website content fresh, including product information and promotions.
Work with the team to make the site easy to navigate and user-friendly.
Help improve the online shopping experience and support e-commerce goals.
Analytics & Reporting
Track how well our marketing efforts are doing using tools like Google Analytics.
Create simple reports that show what’s working and where we can improve.
Use data to suggest new ideas and improvements for future campaigns.
Team Collaboration
Work with different teams (design, sales, IT) to bring marketing ideas to life.
Support new product launches, seasonal promotions, and other company initiatives.
Coordinate with external partners, like our PPC team, to ensure consistency in strategy.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media.
A basic understanding of SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, or similar.
Strong writing skills and a keen eye for detail.
A team player who’s excited to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
