The Company is seeking a VP of Marketing to spearhead top-line growth and business model expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic direction on all programs related to the acquisition, engagement, and retention of members across various channels. This role demands a leader with a strong background in information marketing, particularly within a membership-based business model, and a deep understanding of direct response marketing.
The VP of Marketing will be a key player in driving the companys mission to support the growth of small business owners and entrepreneurs. The role is suited to a professional with 10
-15 years of marketing experience, including digital strategy oversight and direct response marketing knowledge. Applicants for the VP of Marketing position at the company should have a proven track record in a leadership role within an information marketing business and be well-versed in the tools and tactics of direct response marketing. Experience with marketing automation tools is essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic and visionary thinker, a creative business builder, and possess strong team-building and mentoring skills.
A results-oriented approach, with a focus on P&L management, is required, along with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Superior communication, presentation skills, and a Bachelors degree are mandatory, with a Masters degree being appreciated.
