POSITION SUMMARY
The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the Media Buying Manager with the execution, optimization, and management of TPR.’s digital marketing campaigns across more than 1,000 ticketed live events. This individual will ensure accurate and up-to-date campaign details, manage audience lists, and assist with ad plan updates to ensure the success of each tour.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Create and launch digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as but not limited to META, Google Ads, and Spotify, ensuring accurate targeting, budget allocation, and tracking for optimal performance.
Conduct comprehensive tour audits, including tracking flights, budgets, and updating ad plan spends.
Provide support for digital marketing budget tracking and/or invoice tracking.
Update campaign assets, including refreshing art, copy, and other in-house ad materials as needed.
Collaborate on audience building and list management.
Prepare campaign performance reports, highlighting key metrics.
Assist with note-taking during meetings to ensure clear communication and actionable follow-ups.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of marketing-related experience.
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Familiarity with platforms such as META Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager, including experience in setting up and managing pixel tracking (e.g., META Pixel) to measure campaign performance and optimize data.
Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT

Ability to work for long periods at a computer/desk

Job Type: Full-time, hybrid (In office Tuesday through Thursday)

Location: Costa Mesa, CA or Nashville, TN

Salary Range: $50,000 – $70,000 per year
