Woodard’s Diamonds & Design, the award-winning jewelry store in Tullahoma, TN is seeking a creative, hands-on Marketing Manager to help grow our business and spread the word about what we do. This role is perfect for someone who loves coming up with fresh ideas, connecting with customers, and making a real impact. You’ll be in charge of shaping our marketing efforts, managing budgets, and helping us reach new audiences.
Qualifications:
A degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
An understanding of marketing strategies, branding, and customer engagement.
Great communication and leadership skills.
A knack for problem-solving and thinking outside the box.
Strong time management and organization skills.
Experience in using platforms such as Canva, Adobe, Google, and Facebook to create engaging content.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Developing and refining marketing strategies to help us stand out.
Keeping an eye on market trends and using them to guide our efforts.
Finding new ways to bring in customers and grow our brand.
Managing advertising, branding, and promotions to ensure we stay top of mind.
Overseeing the marketing budget and making sure we get the most out of it.
Supporting and guiding the sales team in Customer Relationship Management.
Tracking results and adjusting strategies as needed.
Representing our business at trade shows and industry events.
Staying up to date on new marketing trends and tools.

We also have very desirable work hours for a retail store. We are open Tuesday through Friday 10am-6pm, Saturdays 10am-4pm and closed on Sundays and Mondays.
We are in South-Central Middle Tennessee being an hour from Nashville, Chattanooga and Huntsville, AL. We are also 15 minutes from the World’s Famous Jack Daniel’s Distillery and minutes from Tims Ford Lake.

Pay: $13.00 – $15.00 per hour
