Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven VP Sales to lead enterprise SAAS sales across the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of selling large-scale SAAS solutions to enterprise clients in sectors such as Oil & Gas, Energy/Power, Chemicals, Building Materials etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive new business growth and expand strategic accounts across key industrial sectors
Lead the enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closure
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs
Build and lead a high-performance sales team in the region
Requirements:
12+ years of enterprise SAAS sales experience, with strong exposure to industrial sectors
Proven ability to sell complex, high-value solutions to senior stakeholders
Strong network and understanding of the MENA region’s industrial ecosystem
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
