The VP of Marketing is an innovative marketing expert who will elevate the brand to the next level as we continue to grow. The Vice President (VP) of Marketing will develop brand marketing strategies and efforts to strengthen the company’s market position and achieve desired business goals.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute the strategic marketing plan in support of the overall strategy, optimizing the development of products, services, and brand reach.

Develop strategic marketing plans that are innovative, actionable, measurable, and result in overall growth of the organization.

Be an effective leader and ensure all marketing programs are successful, metrics-driven, and goal-oriented.

Create, deploy, manage, and report on various digital marketing initiatives, customer acquisition & retention programs, automated/triggered campaigns, and CRM communications.

Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence.

Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing, and sales performance metrics to forecast trends.

Implement and execute effective strategy for online platforms in alignment with goals.

Drive the digital marketing capability (website, SEO, social media channels) – Oversee the marketing team to develop, manage and measure marketing campaigns.

Leading the marketing team, create and manage the content on social networking sites including Linked In, Facebook, Twitter, You Tube, etc., as well as other industry-specific online communities and blogs.

Research products, services, and current strategies to identify new opportunities.

Liaise with Marketing, Sales, Design, and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistency.

Lead the messaging, positioning, content creation, solutions marketing, and delivery of marketing experiences that engage the target customer base.

Use creative PR strategies to build brand awareness.

Stay up to date with the daily changes in the search algorithms of Google, Bing, Yahoo, and other search engines or areas in internet marketing; continually learning, fine-tuning, and experimenting to discover how the industry is shifting.

Train and coach existing and new franchisees on how to best optimize their website and assist with their campaigns.

Requirements:

Proven leadership experience carrying out marketing efforts, including planning, prioritizing, implementing strategy, and budget management.

Metric and growth driven with the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data.

Creative and innovative with strong leadership and communication skills.

You are entrepreneurial and work well in a rapidly changing environment.

You have experience working cross-functionally to ensure marketing programs are in line with company objectives.

Strategic mindset, with ability to make difficult decisions.

BSc degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field.

Working Hours / Environment:

Standard Office hours are 40 hours per week – may require additional hours including evening and weekends depending on business needs. Work performed from franchise corporate office – travel up to 25%.
