Our Growth Objective
We are actively seeking a Director of Marketing to lead our transition away from door-to-door sales and implement strategic marketing initiatives that will drive sustainable business growth. Our goal is to increase revenue from $9 million to $12 million this year, with a 20% increase in alternative marketing methods, generating $2.4 million in sales from non-door-to-door channels.
During the in-person interview, you will be expected to present a rough plan outlining how you will help us achieve this goal through innovative and strategic marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to diversify lead generation beyond door-to-door sales.
Oversee content creation, brand positioning, and digital marketing efforts to increase customer engagement and brand awareness.
Implement SEO, PPC, email marketing, and paid social media campaigns to drive high-quality leads.
Track, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns to ensure a strong return on investment (ROI).
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, partners, and influencers to expand market reach.
Align marketing strategies with sales team objectives to optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition.
Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the home services, roofing, or construction industries.
Expertise in digital marketing, lead generation strategies, and brand development.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for business growth.

Job Requirements
Must be able to reliably commute to San Bernardino, CA or be planning to relocate before starting.
Minimum of one year of relevant experience in marketing leadership or project management.
