Fast-growing Framingham-based venture-backed advanced materials manufacturer of protective coatings is looking for outgoing and hardworking people to add to its team. Previously featured on ABC’s Shark Tank, Detra Pel manufactures non-toxic, PFAS-free barrier coatings for industrial and consumer applications in Textiles, Paper & Food Packaging, and Contract Aerosol Manufacturing
The Videographer and Executive Assistant role is a full-time position responsible for assisting Detra Pel’s management team through daily operations, content creation, personal brand development, strategic initiatives, and office tasks. You will collaborate intimately with our core team to assist in progressing initiatives to the finish line.Moreover, you will work daily with the CEO in developing his personal brand and the brands of the Company.
This position will havecreative freedomto do customer outreach, data analysis, office administration, content creation, and personal brand marketing. The nature of this role will provide immense growth opportunities and responsibilities within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation (70% of the time)
Source, ideate, plan, storyboard, copyright, and set up content schemes for the CEO.
Produce and edit photo/video content aligned with business goals.
Draft and post written value content.
Personal Brand Development (20% of the time)
Use the latest trends to create daily viral content on platforms like Linked In, Instagram, You Tube, and Tik Tok to enhance the CEO’sindustry thought leadershipand personal brand.
Collaborate with the marketing team for management team speaking opportunities.
Stay updated with industry best practices to enhance marketing.
Organization and outreach (10% of the time)
Complex calendar management with highattention to detail.
Organize and coordinate travel and meetings.
Prepare materials for presentations and sales calls.
Assist the R&D team with coordinating samples, creating presentations, and other lab work.
Organize local events.
Build pitch decks and data packets for the management team to present.
Data mine contacts and compose outreach for sales.
Support executives with tasks, including product development data organization.

Qualifications
You have 5+ years of videography and video editing experience
You have grown a brand to at least 50,000 followers on social media platforms
You have a can-do attitude and a positive approach toproblem-solving
You like people and enjoy going above and beyond to help others
You are incredibly meticulous and have a high degree of creativity, organizational skills,project managementskills, andattention to detail.
You are willing to participate incontinuous learningand training
You have at least 3+ years inproject managementand marketing
