Job Description:
We’re seeking an experienced, self-driven sales professional to join our growing home improvement company.
Key Requirements:
Fluent in Spanish and English (Strongly Preferred)
Proven track record in B2C sales, preferably in home improvement, window treatments, flooring, solar, or similar industries
Experience in B2B sales
Demonstrable evidence of sales success in previous roles
Skilled in lead generation, referral marketing, and creating additional sales opportunities
Own vehicle for appointments and valid driver’s license
Ability to pass a background check
Additional Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Spanish and English
Experience in consultative selling and closing high-value deals
Ability to network and build long-term client relationships
Self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel locally for appointments
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience leading sales teams

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can effectively convert provided leads while also creating additional sales opportunities in both B2C and B2B markets. You’ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification to closing deals, and potentially mentoring other sales team members.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year
