Position: Â VIP Experience Project Manager – TEMP

How will you make an impact?  As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will be a key asset of the UAE High End department aiming to elevate the experience of UAE’s top VVIP clients, surpass their expectations and support High-End Sales Experts to strengthen their relationship with their top Clients. You will coordinate the participation of selected VVIPs to Cartier’s High-End events (international and/or regional) and ensure a one-of-a-kind bespoke experience.
In addition you will:
Explore new gift ideas and develop bespoke items for selected VVIP clients only. Coordinate with all stakeholders the execution and delivery of the gift to VIPs. Design, develop and implement a bespoke journey for selected VIPs attending HE events and ensure its full orchestration. Coordinate travel arrangements for clients from end to end. Seeing this opportunity as a career step with us, you will be fluent in English with excellent
communication skills
to collaborate with both colleagues and clients – Arabic can be a plus but not mandatory. You have previous experience working in Events and have a minimum of 3 years experience working with departments such as PR, Marketing, VIP Client Services, Celebrities and/or Press.
Ideally, you have prior experience in luxury, or an industry dealing with high-end, VIP clients with a strong understanding of relationship building. You are resilient to work under pressure and the fast pace of event organization which can include working irregular hours. As this is a 1-year temporary contract, it is preferable to be living in the UAE already. WHAT MAKES OUR GROUP DIFFERENT?
