Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Affiliate Marketing Manager to manage and grow our affiliate community. In this part-time role, you will play a key role in keeping affiliates active, engaged, and successful while also driving outreach efforts to recruit new affiliates.
Our company is based in Florida, USA. This position is fully remote.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Management:
Build strong relationships with affiliates by maintaining regular communication through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Keep affiliates active, engaged, and motivated to promote our partnered franchise brands.
Host community events, challenges, or activities to foster collaboration and enthusiasm.
Affiliate Support:
Serve as the main point of contact for affiliates, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely manner.
Provide training, resources, and guidance to help affiliates optimize their performance.
Recruitment & Outreach:
Develop and implement strategies to identify, reach out to, and recruit new affiliates.
Build a pipeline of quality affiliates who align with Franbassador’s goals and vision.
Performance Monitoring:
Track affiliate performance and provide actionable insights to improve their outcomes.
Use data to evaluate engagement and refine community management efforts.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or community management a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with tools like CRM platforms, FB groups and social media management software is a plus.
