Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Social Commerce Manager to set up, manage, and optimize our Instagram and TikTok stores while creating engaging content that drives sales. The ideal candidate has verifiable, demonstrated success in launching and growing social commerce stores, with a deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and e-commerce strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Setup & Management
Set up and optimize Instagram and TikTok shops, ensuring seamless product integration.
Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates.
Ensure compliance with platform policies and best practices.
Content Creation & Marketing
Develop and execute a content strategy to drive engagement and conversions.
Create high-quality short-form videos, posts, and live shopping events.
Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach.
Growth & Performance Optimization
Implement and analyze data-driven strategies to increase traffic and sales.
Use platform analytics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and improve conversions.
Run A/B tests on creatives, captions, and product placements.
Customer Engagement & Sales Support
Monitor comments, DMs, and reviews to provide customer support and boost engagement.
Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally to drive conversions.
Requirements:
Proven success in setting up and managing Instagram and TikTok stores with measurable sales growth.
Strong understanding of social commerce trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Experience with video editing, content creation, and engagement strategies.
Knowledge of e-commerce tools, payment systems, and order fulfillment.
Strong analytical skills to track KPIs and optimize performance.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in food, beverage, or lifestyle brands is a plus.
Ability to work independently and drive results without micromanagement.
Experience with paid social advertising on Instagram and TikTok is a plus.

Job Type: Part-time
