As the Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Eightfold, you will be instrumental in defining and executing our brand strategy, driving
brand awareness
, and ensuring a consistent brand experience across various functions including marketing, sales, customer, and product experiences. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role requires a blend of strategic acumen, creative vision, and
leadership
prowess to elevate Eightfold’s brand presence and market differentiation.
Success in this role will be measured by your impact on share of voice, community growth, pipeline driven through corporate and strategic events, media coverage and timely delivery of internal creative projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Brand Strategy Development:
Develop and implement a compelling brand strategy that establishes and enhances Eightfold’s unique identity and market position.
Create and oversee brand positioning, messaging, and value propositions to align with the company’s strategic goals.
Stay updated with market trends, customer insights, and competitive strategies to evolve the brand strategy effectively.
Collaborate with the CMO to set brand goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive brand growth and differentiation.
• Brand Expression and Consistency:
Manage internal designers and external agencies to create brand assets including visual identity, messaging, and content.
Ensure brand consistency and cohesion across all channels, touchpoints, and marketing activities.
Lead creative sessions and workshops to generate
innovative
concepts aligned with the brand  with product management, sales, and customer experience teams to maintain brand alignment across the organization and ensure consistency across all prospect and customer touchpoints.
Cultivate a culture of creativity and brand
advocacy
within the company.
