We’re looking for a full-time team member to provide support for existing clients while developing key relationships internally and externally in order to successfully execute promotional programs. Oversee key clients and handle prospects, negotiations, close of sale, account management, and up-selling for a promotional company providing development of highly targeted brand and promotional products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
– Act as internal contact / CSR for clients
– Manage assigned projects, to include researching products / vendors sourcing items and creating presentations for proposals, quote requests, order processing via ESP, ASI proprietary system, ensuring accuracy
‐ Assist in checking stock and confirming pricing for projects.
‐ Organize workflow to keep track of projects and assist in a timely manner using google sheets and creating follow ups as needed
‐ Communicate effectively to resolve production questions and gain approvals for orders.
– Work with design department to create proofs / virtual samples, checking before sending to client for accuracy (to prevent back and forth)
‐ Work with teammates and suppliers to follow‐up on orders, keeping the vendor accountable.
– Communicate possible issues with management and provide resolutions when possible
– Work with accounting for seamless order and payment, as needed.
– Use your judgment to solve complex customer problems with creative solutions
– Gather project requirements and manage all production aspects on behalf of the client, working with vendors on delivery timetables and maintaining on updated status of assigned projects.
– Execute projects within specified timelines, according to budget requirements and quality standards.
– Build relationships and communication channels with clients to ensure smooth workflow and hand-offs. Engaging in a consultative partnership with the client to improve achievement of marketing goals on projects.
– Provide high-quality customer service, communicating to clients with appropriate and relevant status updates.
– Support sales leaders with account coordination and management
– Perform new product research and make recommendations
Desired Skills:
– Experience in the promotional products industry, a plus but willing to train the right person
– A strong background in customer service and/or sales support
– A good foundation in sales/marketing/purchasing
– Basic understanding of graphics and artwork
– Great communicator and listener in-person, over phone, email, and video conference
– Strong work ethic, with a good humored positive “can do” attitude
– Values curiosity, creativity, inclusive teams, and achieving results
– Loves learning by providing, receiving and responding positively to constructive feedback
– Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and quickly prioritize tasks. Motivated by deadlines with high levels of accuracy within a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
