Are you a dynamic sales and marketing pro who loves building relationships and creating unforgettable experiences? We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager to drive business growth through strategic partnerships, community engagement, and outstanding guest service.
What You’ll Do:
Increase Sales & Guest Loyalty – Identify and target key customer groups, boost private dining and event sales, and build lasting relationships.
Lead Community Engagement – Connect with local businesses, hotel concierges, and organizations to strengthen brand presence.
Execute Flawless Events – Partner with leadership and culinary teams to ensure every event is a success.
Maximize Revenue & ROI – Develop and manage local marketing strategies to increase guest counts and drive top-line sales.
Inspire & Support the Team – Train and mentor staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality or restaurants.
A strong understanding of the local market and key networking opportunities.
Passion for guest service, community engagement, and event planning.
A strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

Pay: $60,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
