About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP and GM for the Americas to lead its commercial efforts in the region. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive growth strategy, targeting aggressive revenue goals, and overseeing all commercial teams to ensure alignment and maximize client satisfaction. This senior leadership role requires a strategic and analytical mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth, expanding client relationships, and enhancing the company’s brand presence.

The VP and GM will also be instrumental in team leadership and talent development, building and scaling a high-performing commercial team, and fostering a results-driven, client-centric culture. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior commercial leadership within the advertising technology industry, with a proven track record in driving revenue growth, particularly in programmatic or mobile advertising.

The role demands exceptional leadership and people management skills, a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, DSP operations, and mobile ad technologies. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in business, marketing, or a related field, and be capable of making data-driven decisions to achieve ambitious revenue goals. Cross-functional collaboration, particularly with product, ad operations, creative, and data science teams, is essential to ensure optimal campaign execution and continuous product innovation.
