Email Marketing Coordinator
Uncle Matt’s Organic is seeking an Email Marketing Coordinator to join its expanding team in the Orlando, Florida area. This is a unique opportunity to join the nation’s number one selling organic orange juice company on a mission to grow a healthy generation.
We seek a results-driven Email Marketing Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day orchestration of our lifecycle, retention, and email acquisition campaigns. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, analytical and motivated. You’ll work with the larger marketing team to help ideate, build, and execute compelling email and SMS campaigns to drive customer LTV throughout the customer lifecycle. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be excited to identify areas for automation, driving improvement in workflows and have a strong growth mindset.

Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, build, and execute email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring timely delivery, segmentation accuracy, and alignment with brand guidelines.
Optimize email flows, including welcome sequences, post-purchase follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns.
Develop and own A/B testing to refine subject lines, creative assets, and timing strategies.
Work with the marketing team to gather, develop, and build email content; assist with creative briefs as needed, collaborate on email and retention marketing calendar.
Proof and QA campaigns to ensure flawless execution with zero errors.
Perform extensive research and analysis of competitor programs to identify key areas of opportunity, including targeting strategies, promotional offers, and delivery timing.
Develop a strategy for email capture on site and in our broader marketing programs. Work to grow the customer base for email and SMS.
Analyze customer data and generate actionable insights and retention strategy based on cohorts, customer segments and lifetime value.
Create dashboards and regular reporting for cross-functional teams to illustrate campaign impact and trends and identify future opportunities.
Work with third-party vendors to troubleshoot platform issues or deploy additional features.
Partner with sales and marketing teams to ensure retention efforts align with overall sales and marketing goals.
This position will also assist with other marketing projects related to our eCommerce and Omnichannel growth efforts as needed.
Qualifications:
2 – 4+ years of email and retention marketing experience.
Proficiency in Klaviyo and/or other email and SMS marketing tools
Strong foundation with CRM/customer marketing programs, email marketing, and familiarity with analyzing customer LTV.
Experience with a DTC subscription business or customer loyalty programs a plus.
Shopify experience a plus.
Ability to analyze data and elevate key insights to various internal audiences (cross-functional teams and company leadership), and the ability to apply data-driven thinking to creative conversations.
Innovative and eager to work in a team with a disruptive mindset.
Exceptional organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to think strategically.
Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, particularly email best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
