Must have Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva.
Equity Union is seeking a Marketing Coordinator & Client Services in Encino CA.
We are looking for someone who has a polished professional personality, and experience in administrative & customer service duties, as well as marketing and graphic design. You must be able to assist our agents, staff, and guests in a confident and friendly manner. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with an upbeat personality and pleasant demeanor to become a valuable asset to this new office. Experience in Real Estate is not a must but it is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Technical Skills MUST:
Must be proficient in using PC for all Marketing Tasks
Must have experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva
Must be Tech Savvy
Must have experience with Google Suites
Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Knowledge of Social Media platforms
Must be excellent with grammar, spelling, and composing copy
Assisting the Marketing Department with creativity and design
Create marketing for the office, for agents, and for events
Navigating through Asana to complete requests by agents
Responding to agents requests as they come in
Miscellaneous duties may be added as required
Administrative Duties:
Greeting Clients
Sorting incoming mail and distributing packages
Answering phones
Ensuring office is organized and presentable
Ordering office supplies
Assisting agent with printer setups
Other duties will be added as required
