Who We’re Looking for
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Vice President of Marketing who will take a lead role in continuing to accelerate our growth in the K-12educationmarket. You think of marketing’s role in the organization holistically, touching every aspect of the sales process and customer experience. You use a data-driven approach for lead generation for sales, encompassing new prospects, existing prospects and customers.
You’re equally comfortable working as a peer with otherleadershipteam members and rolling up your sleeves with a tight-knit marketing team.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the marketing team, fosteringprofessional growthand enhancing team capabilities.
Cultivate acollaborative workenvironment that promotesinnovation, transparency, and accountability.
Ensure effective cross-functionalcommunicationand alignment between product, engineering, design, and other teams.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track marketing performance and measure the success of initiatives.
Provide regular updates and reports to executiveleadershipon product strategy, development progress, and performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in aseniorleadershiprolewithin a SaaS company;
EdTech experience a plus.
Proven experience in digital marketing, brand management, content creation, event marketing, and product marketing.
Strongleadershipand team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate adiverse team.
Excellent strategic thinking andanalytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Exceptionalcommunicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Creative mindset with a passion forinnovationand staying ahead of industry trends.
