The Communications Coordinator will be responsibile for the following:
Develop and design departmental communications content, including mass emails to program participants and prospective participants, website content and marketing materials
Generate articles, news stories and CVO event related content for The Hub
Design and publish quarterly newsletters for program participants
Design and publish quarterly departmental newsletter for CVO team
Support the CVO web app design and content updates
Identify and design website enhancements
Assist with departmental presentation decks
Assist with identifying and implementing program enhancements and customer experience improvements
Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong business writing skills
Strong digital creative skills/ graphic design
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience with websites/digital communication, mobile apps and call center operations a plus
