As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and contribute to exciting new projects.

Position Overview

The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting our core operations, ensuring smooth execution of ongoing initiatives, and contributing to the development of new projects. This role requires a blend of organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for client success. You will collaborate closely with our leadership team and external partners to maintain and enhance our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication for client projects, ensuring they are completed on time and meet quality standards.
Content Management: Assist in the creation, editing, and distribution of marketing materials, including newsletters, blogs, social media posts, and webinars.
Client Support: Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring exceptional service and prompt resolution of issues.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency.
Campaign Execution: Support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns.
Collaboration: Work with team members and external vendors to coordinate events, sponsorships, and other promotional activities.
Metrics Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to track the success of marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a marketing or project coordination role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing tools such as Word, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with the financial services or retirement plan industry is a plus.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work independently.

Compensation:

Salary range: $55,000 – $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
