Job Description:
As a Lead Marketing & Website Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for strategizing, creating, and reviewing marketing efforts such as e-blasts, digital and print graphics, social media, and website management. You’ll collaborate with various teams, including operations, graphic designers, videographers, and sales, to ensure smooth operations, strong online visibility, and high-quality customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Direction & Analysis
Develop and oversee regular marketing campaigns, including sales, in-person events, new product launches, and other promotional opportunities, across website, emails, YouTube, and social media platforms
Coordinate efforts of overall marketing team to ensure video team, graphics team, and other team members are working together towards the same marketing objectives
Regularly review and improve upon marketing team performance, based on data-driven analysis across the team’s efforts (website, emails, YouTube, and social media platforms)
Digital & Print Graphics
Assign, prioritize, and provide creative direction for digital and print graphics across websites, email marketing, social media, and ads.
Oversee the creation of graphics for print materials such as brochures, event signage, and flyers, ensuring cohesive brand messaging.
Track print and coordinate the printing and distribution for marketing events.
Marketing E-mails
Develop, strategize, and execute marketing e-blasts
Work with the creative team to create and coordinate necessary visuals (photos, videos, graphics) for email campaigns
Analyze and review e-blast performance (including A/B testing) to optimize results for further campaigns
Website – Landing Pages, Product Listings, Etc.
Create organized and appealing product listings that will generate high-value leads and increase sales
Create appealing and effective landing pages for various uses, including informing customers
Regularly update pricing and information for products on website on weekly basis
Organize product categories, collections, and search functionalities to enhance user experience, prioritizing top-selling and high-potential items
SEO
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement SEO strategies across blog articles, product listings, YouTube video titles and descriptions, and landing pages
Review and manage SEO efforts to maximize visibility and drive organic traffic to the website.
Development & Troubleshooting
Work with business development and other internal teams to enhance website functionality, integrating tools like Shopify and Hubspot
Troubleshoot issues related to websites for both staff and customers, ensuring smooth operation of the site
Qualifications:
Highly data-driven – must be able to lead our marketing team to success based on regular data analysis of marketing efforts
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role.
3+ years of SEO experience
3+ years of Shopify experience
3+ years of Excel/Google Sheets experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $56,000.00 per year
