Overview

The Communications Associate partners with internal clients to design, develop, and deliver communications programs in support of strategic priorities and business needs. Supports their Business Unit’s Communications team in assessing, developing, and executing communications projects, plans, and deliverables, including writing, editing, formatting and design of deliverables. Partners with media, graphics, vendors and other support teams to drive communications plans and deliverables. Tracks efficacy of Communications Programs and adapts or adjusts as necessary. Assists communications team in completing new projects, partnering effectively with internal teams, and delivering compelling, actionable communications plans and materials.

Seeking master storyteller who’s also a multi-talented comms generalist with basic skills in internal communications that include project management, customer relationship management, graphic design, photography, video recording and editing, content management system publishing and an understanding of comms strategy and planning in a complex and matrixed environment. Bachelor’s Degree required.

Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or other related discipline required.
0-3 years of experience.
Prefers 1-3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in interviewing preferred.
Experience with creative and well-rounded writing and editing preferred.
Experience with designing and producing a variety of communication materials preferred.
