Our client is seeking a Web Content Specialist on a contract basis to create and manage content for their digital products using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Location: Hybrid 3d/week Toronto
Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities
Author new experiences and content pages such as landing pages, product pages, promotional pages, press releases, and winner stories using established AEM and CMS templates.
Utilize design thinking methodologies to develop content solutions that align with the evolving product roadmap and backlog.
Architect and develop visually appealing AEM templates, components, permissions, and policies to deliver high-quality front-end experiences for web and mobile platforms.
Gather business requirements from lab teams, project briefs, or stakeholders, scope the work required, estimate timelines, and architect solutions.
Define information architecture and content structure, including sitemaps, content models, content templates, and pattern libraries.
Optimize live applications to enhance content relevance and user impact.
Perform extensive QA to ensure consistency and compatibility across devices and browsers.
Requirements
3+ years of content management and front-end development experience in a medium to large organization (agency or in-house).
Strong expertise with AEM 6.4 or above, including developing and migrating content and functionality between AEM environments.
Experience leveraging design thinking methodologies for content solutions.
Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and Adobe Target.
Familiarity with automated build/deploy processes and DevOps Agile methodology.
Experience with Agile tools such as WorkFront, Jira, and Confluence.
