Qualifications of the Marketing Liaison
Must have a minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in a nursing home setting.
Must have experience working with skilled nursing facilitie
Must have existing connections in the area with local hospitals or ability to establish them.
Must have practical working knowledge of business development and long-term care
Ability to negotiate effectively with external agencies and organizations
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication and organizational abilities
Ability to analyze organizational needs and develop appropriate strategic plans
Responsibilities of the Marketing Liaison:
Will also be expanding the name and meeting with other people in the community.
Seeing residents, meeting with discharge planners, responding to referrals and setting appointments for the Administrator and or DON to meet with Doctors, discharge planners and Case Managers.
