Customer Service Experience
Responsibilities:
Lead Wedding Coordination (over the phone and on-site day of the wedding)
Evening or Weekend calls or tours support may be required
Some travel for up to 2 hrs one way may be required for weddings and events
Respond to Customer Inquiries/email communication
Ensure all waivers/agreements are sent and executed
Promote weddings/event sales and marketing
