The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the well-being of our employees by organising welfare activities and assisting in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. The role requires an energetic individual with excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
¨    Plan and implement employee welfare programs to enhance workplace well-being.
¨    Organize and coordinate CSR activities in alignment with company values and community needs.
¨    Address employee concerns related to welfare and to provide the necessary support.
¨    Promote a positive and inclusive work culture through engagement initiatives.
¨    Liase with management to implement welfare policies and social initiatives.
¨    Conduct awareness programs and training on employee well-being.
¨    Prepare reports on welfare and CSR activities for management review.
Requirements:
¨    Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social Work, or a related field.
¨    Experience in employee welfare, CSR activities, or similar roles preferred.
¨    Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi & Telugu.
¨    Ability to engage and motivate employees through welfare programs.
¨    Energetic, proactive, and passionate about employee well-being and social responsibility.
¨    Event management skills.
