Hundred Acre is Milwaukee’s largest hydroponics farm, focused on tackling food insecurity by growing high-quality, organic greens in a 5,000 sq ft converted warehouse. Our star products, like Italian Large Leaf Basil and a versatile Salad Blend, are harvested every week, so local food businesses get the freshest, most flavorful ingredients that last longer. By teaming up with other growers and community groups, Hundred Acre is working to help people reconnect with their food and build a stronger, eco-friendly food system right here in Milwaukee.

Brand Ambassadors are the friendly faces of the farm, mainly connecting with the community at farmers markets and retail events. If you’ve got great people skills and a knack for connecting with others, this is the perfect role for you! You’ll be promoting our farm’s top-quality, locally-grown greens, chatting with customers, gathering their feedback, and spreading the word about what makes us special. Your ability to engage and sell will help build strong relationships, while you work with our marketing team to bring ideas to life at events.

Responsibilities:

Set up and run Hundred Acre booths at farmers markets, retail stores, and local events.
Build and keep strong relationships with customers, local vendors, and partners.
Safely handle and distribute our products, always keeping things clean and following food safety rules.
Collect and share customer feedback and engagement info to help tweak our marketing strategies.
Help organize and join in on community outreach efforts to strengthen Hundred Acre’s presence in Milwaukee.
Create and post content on social media to boost brand awareness and spread the word about upcoming events.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Great communication and people skills.
Ability to build and keep positive relationships with customers and local partners.
Ability to handle food products safely.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, with reliable transportation to get to different event locations.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Experience as a brand ambassador or in a similar customer-focused role.
Passion for our mission and commitment to promoting sustainable, local food.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
