Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid (partially in-person, partially virtual) role for a Marketing Project Manager. In this role at Emberly, you will be responsible for meeting with clients and managing tasks utilizing our project management software. You will work closely with our internal marketing and development teams to accomplish client objectives, including working towards big-picture goals like generating more leads or improving conversion rates.

Our team works 2-3 days per week in-office, and the remainder of the time is virtual. We are open M-F 9AM – 5PM.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients for project/campaign review and build/maintain relationships with them
Helping clients set up and/or grant marketing team access to accounts
Plan projects out in the team Clickup board, assign tasks, and follow up with the team on progress
Implement strategy, prepare campaigns via paid platforms, automate email campaigns, write sales copy
Review campaigns with clients, create and prepare ad reports, and make recommendations based on analysis of results
Coordinate content creation, including blog posts, graphics, and videos, to support campaigns
Support the marketing team with administrative tasks as needed
Understand and answer client questions

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills including ability to lead meetings with clients
Experience with PPC advertising including Google and Facebook ad management
Ability to write effective sales copy and an understanding of the psychology of sales language
Some level of experience in web development CMS platforms—WordPress, Shopify, etc.
Ability to build, edit, and understand reports via Google Looker Studio
Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator)
Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or others)
Proficiency in project management, using project management software such as ClickUp, Jira, Monday, Asana, etc.
Competence in basic technical platforms such as Google Workspace and affiliated apps (Gmail, Docs, Drive, etc), as well as good capability to learn new technical platforms
Dedication to follow up with clients and internal team to bring tasks to completion
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Sense of fun and positive attitude
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and remotely when virtual
High School diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field or equivalent experience preferred
Must pass a background check
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a marketing environment
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory
