He’ll start you off easy, but as the show goes on, greater displays of card play unfold and exciting secrets are uncovered…

About The PositionThe WPC is the person responsible for everything taking place in the show location. They will be the person primarily responsible for holistic care for the performer – ensuring they have clarity on the schedule and ensuring they have exactly what they need pre- and post-performance.

The WPC will also be responsible for helping in the collective care of the space where the audience sits to ensure it is well maintained. The WPC will also be responsible for post-show reports, managing the timing of the post-show Q&A as well as ensuring the performance starts on time and seats, tables, etc. are all properly placed. The show requires the audience to sign a contract – the WPC will be responsible for placing contracts and managing the stock and re-ordering of contracts, when necessary. WPC will also pickup and drop-off laundry/dry-cleaning for the performer.

The WPC will work closely with the Front of House Manager to ensure smooth operations of the show on a day-to-day basis.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have strong interpersonal, communication, time management, and organization skills.

A warm and friendly personality is crucial for this role.

Production Assistant or Company Management Assistant experience is preferred

Must be highly adaptable ability to think on your feet and respond to changes on the fly.

Must be punctual and dependable.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace for managing schedules, reports, and communications.

Commitment to working with diverse groups in terms of gender expression, race, sexual orientation, religion, ability, age, class, and immigrant status.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods across multilevel environments.

Ability to run offsite errands, such as the dropoff and pickup of laundry and dry cleaning.

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
