Growify solves this problem by helping companies track their marketing channels and providing AI-powered insights to help companies scale efficiently.
We recently raised a pre-seed and launched our first product with initial success.
We are now looking to hire a NextJS / Node.js Backend Developer based in Austin, Texas that is interested in a pivotal role at an early stage start up.
This job is not for the faint of heart. We are not f***ing around. We each have 10+ years of experience in our respective fields and are looking for serious, hardworking, fast-moving, hard-charging folks who want to build a rocketship startup.
The ideal candidate will lead the development team through all phases, from discovery to release, including:
1. Backend engineering
2. ETL engineering
3. QA
4. Project Management
The candidate must be familiar with the following languages:
– ReactJS
– NodeJS
– NestJS
– TypeScript
– TypeORM
– Python3
– Django
– Airflow
In addition, you have to be familiar with:
– Writing unit and integration tests
– CI/CD (CircleCI)
– Docker
– AWS (ECR, ECS or Elasticbeanstalk, ElasticCache, Lambda, S3, RDS)
– SQL (PostgreSQL)
– DB Schema designing
– Writing complex optimized SQL select queries
– Analysis and profiling queries
Big plus:
– Understanding of AI models
– Familiar with Google ADs API
– Familiar with Facebook Marketing API
– Deep understanding oAuth
– Big-O complexity
– Basic understanding of microservices architecture and distributed transactions (The system will be split on microservices when the load and data size growing, important to have an understanding of how to design a monolith system with the ability to isolate business layers for the future)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
